Harry's has earned a reputation for offering a diverse array of delicious options that keep the palate intrigued. This is not just any ordinary restaurant; it’s a place where flavors mingle to create unforgettable dishes. With highlights such as perfectly cooked jerk scallops and exquisitely flavored chicken parmesan, Harry's captures the essence of culinary artistry with every plate. Regular diners rave about the homemade sauces and dressings, which add a signature touch to each dish, transporting guests into a world of robust flavors and unique combinations.
What truly stands out at Harry's is the commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. The service is noted for being attentive, albeit a little brisk—reflecting the restaurant's popularity. The warm ambiance resonates with a Tuscan Italian vibe, making it a perfect spot for families, couples, or friends looking to share a meal. Reviewers appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of a kids' menu, ensuring that younger diners are also well catered to.
The atmosphere is both inviting and vibrant, with a well-curated wine list that enhances the dining experience. “ Ordered the chicken parmesan. Was cooked perfectly. Chicken had. Wonderful crust to it and the homemade salad dressing were excellent also. Attentive waitstaff and the desserts were excellent ”
“ Google can't seem to get this location right since Harry's moved. So head north out of town past Okemo to where Rt 100N separates from Rt103. Take that right onto Rt100N and Harry's will be right there on the right. Park down in the lower lot if the lot next to the restaurant looks full. It's a nice new location - it will be great to see the place develop into something that feels less borrowed and more "Harry's". Service is perfectly fine and attentive, if a little rushed. The food is as it ever was, mostly delicious and tongue tingling. You can't go wrong with their sauces, dressings, jerk, and chutney's. A visit to Harry's decades ago woke me up to flavors that I never had imaged could exist and I've been coming back ever since. On my last visit I had the jerk scallops. The huge portion of scallops was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, on top of vermicelli (which for me did nothing for the dish). They sided it with with a too salty seasonal salad (croutons, tomatoes, mozzarella, pesto) that unfortunately was a huge disappointment as the flavors muddled and clashed horribly with the jerk seasonings. Mom had a Sole Meuniere-ish dish with a lemon sauce that was terrific. And then she had flan, and I had key lime pie. Yummy. ”
“ My family has enjoyed great meals at Harry's for over 10 years. Food and service is great with ingredients sourced locally and recipes from scratch. When you visit be sure to say hi to the owner Debbie who can usually be found chatting with the local regulars while working the bar. ”
“ Harry's has an incredibly diverse menu. We had Oriental and Mexican appetizers and Shrimp Scampi for dinner. All were excellent! The wine list was a pure delight as was the service and ambience. Looking forward to the next visit. ”
“ Wow I almost didn't find this place. It's kind of tucked to the side and it was hard to find it online. I chose not to eat at the castle because each meal is 45-65 per plate. Don't mind a good classy meal once in a while but also wanted something for the kids. The place is big and beautiful. Very organized and the staff was outstanding. Got served right away. Water and bread and crayons for the kids. The food was amazing. You must stop here you won't regret it. Meals get as high as $25 or so. Dessert was great also. You need a reservation. I think all restaurants in okemo require one. ”
“ We stopped in on the way home from Killington on a Sunday night. Service was excellent as well as the food & they have a kids menu which is always nice for families. The atmosphere was great, like a Tuscan Italian restaurant & the bar was also nice. Lots of great mixed drinks & homemade goodness here :-) ”
